These terms apply when you use the Pure Cleaning Services Campbelltown website or book a service with us.
Quotes are based on what you tell us about the property: size, condition and services wanted. We confirm the final price in writing before booking, and it may change if the property is materially different from the description.
If your agent or landlord flags an item covered by the agreed checklist within 3 days of the clean, we return and address it at no extra charge. See the cleaning guarantee page.
Please tell us as early as you can if your plans change so we can reschedule or release the time.
Payment is due when the job is finished unless agreed otherwise when booking.
You need to arrange access to the property and make sure power and water are on so the clean can go ahead.
We take care with every job, but we are not responsible for existing damage, ordinary wear and tear or matters outside the cleaning itself.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continuing to use our services means you accept the current version.
